Rules
So, you’ve been bitten by the 5-a-side bug, and you’ve found your rental pitch at Soccer Miami. Now’s probably a good time to familiarize yourself with the rules of the game. Unlike traditional soccer, there is no formal rulebook for 5-a-side matches, but there are some general rules that everyone follows. Here are a few guidelines to get you started:
- No player except the goalkeeper is allowed inside the D box
- Shooting from kick-off is allowed and substituting players does not stop play.
- There is no out-of-bounds rule for closed fields like ours
